These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 3D Tag Maker (the "Service") provided by Air Flow Air Conditioning Refrigeration Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

3D Tag Maker is a free, browser-based design tool that lets you generate STL and 3MF files for 3D printing. The Service is provided at no cost.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to text, designs, and files you create with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any names, logos, or trademarks you add to your tags.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exported files will print correctly on every 3D printer or for every use case. You are responsible for verifying designs before printing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Flow Air Conditioning Refrigeration Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
